Section 68
<br> to keep records of securities dealers
The Board shall establish a register book of all licensed securities traders and keep up-to-date records. (2) In the register book to be established as per sub-section (1), the updated records of securities traders shall be kept including the following items:- (a) Name and address of securities traders. (b) Date of issue of license to the securities dealer, (c) Type of securities business, (d) Conditions mentioned in the license, (e) Name and address of official representative, (f) Name and address of managers and officers, (g) Documents related to securities business. and the place where records are kept, (h) Name of the director of the company or organization, the name of the company secretary, the name of each shareholder and the number of shares taken, (h) other details deemed necessary and appropriate by the board.
